House Rules

  • We designed Elemen Uluwatu Villas with our hearts. We want you to feel at home. That’s the reason we kindly ask you to treat the villa as if it was your own house, leaving everything in good order and condition.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside. This includes bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. If you’re craving for a cigarette please smoke only in the deck area, and use the ashtrays we provide.

  • We do not allow parties, as we want to maintain peace for the other guests and neighbors. Besides, we wish to avoid as much as we can loud noises that could interfere with the natural ambience of the area.

  • As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our villas.

  • Our villas are for registered guests only. If you want to invite outside guests, please let us know in advance.

  • Please note that we have the right to deny entry if the persons who show up for the stay are not the ones who made the reservation, unless this was communicated prior and agreed by us. If you want to make an indirect booking using somebody else’s Airbnb/ Booking account, please make sure that this would be communicated to us in advance, and that we agree to do so.

  • Be aware that electricity sometimes is not very stable in this area of Bali. So please we recommend you not to leave your electronics plugged for long periods of time. Sadly we cannot be responsible in case something happen to them.

  • Any damage or losses caused during the rental period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the guest’s responsibility. Our villas are equipped with the amenities needed to cook, take baths and know a little bit more about Bali. We ask you to take care of them and not to take anything that is not yours.

  • In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the rental period, we may require the guest and their party to vacate the property immediately, without compensation or refund.

  • We welcome young children to stay in our villas. However, our villas have some steps and no swimming pool fence. By staying with us you agree to attend your children at all times and be held responsible for any children – related incidents when staying at the property.

  • We don’t provide child amenities (such as high chairs, cribs, packs and play, additional bed other than the sofa). We understand if this is not suitable for your family needs and you decide to book a different accommodation.

  • Staying in Bali is staying surrounded by nature. As so, it is expected to find bugs, lizards and such. You must be ok with insects and open air environments.

  • We would like to ask you not to leave the air-conditioning on for 24 hours because, as you know, that’s bad for the environment. Ensure AC is turned off when not at the villa or not using your bedroom.
